A leader with autocratic style is:

a. thinking the organization leaded as private-ownership.

b. identifying the private goal with the organization goal.

c. considering the underling as the tool only.

d. having no will to accept opinion, advice and critical from the member.

e. too dependent on the formal authority.

f. the way to actuate the underling by the force approach and accusative.

2. the style of military leadership

A person who has military leadership has the characteristics:

a. in actuating the underling often uses the imperative mood.

b. happily dependent on power or position in actuating the underling.

c. happy to formality too much.

d. demanding the high discipline and being clumsy to underling.

e. difficult to accept the critical or advice from underling.

f. like the ceremonies for any condition.

3. the style of paternalistic leadership

A leader with the style of paternalistic leadership has the characteristics:

a. considering the underling as immature human.

b. overprotective.

c. giving opportunity rarely to the underling taking decision.

d. almost never giving opportunity to the underling seizing the initiative.

e. giving opportunity rarely to the underling having creation and fantasy.

f. being knowing all.

4. the style of charismatic leadership

The characteristics of charismatic leader are:

a. having great attractive, therefore generally having follower in large number.

b. the follower cannot explain, why they attract following and obeying the leader.

c. this type leader has as if supernatural power.

d. this charisma is not depending on age, wealth, health, or the handsomeness of the leader.

5. the style of Democratic leadership 

A democratic leader has the characteristics:

a. having as a starting point that human is the most honor creation in the world within actuating the underling.

b. trying to synchronize the interest and the goal of organization with the private interest and the goal of the underling.

c. happy accepting the advice, opinion and critical from the underling.

d. giving priority to corporative in getting the goal.

e. giving big freedom to the underling, and giving the guidance.

f. trying to make the underling more successful.

g. developing the self-capacity as the leader.
