4. Lack of Eating Fruits and Vegetables
Getting older, the body needs fewer calories. To produce healthy aging and reduce wrinkles, eat calorie food from nutritious source. The best sources are fruits and green vegetables. Be sure to consume fish containing omega-3 fatty acids for healthy heart, and plenty of fiber from grains.
5. Stress
Research shows that the discharge of stress can help the body to reduce mental disorders and keep the mind young. Try to identify the causes of stress and find the ways to avoid or reduce the effect by removing the causes of stress itself.
