The functions of Vitamin for our body are as follows:

Vitamin B6, the function is having a role in making blood cells, the growth process and in the work of the nerves.
Vitamin C, the function is as an activator of various decomposer fermen of protein and fat, in the oxidation and dehydration of the cells, and it is very important in the formation of platelets.
Vitamin D, the function is to regulate the levels of calcium and phosphorus in togetherness of mumps glands, increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine, and affect the endocrine glands work.
Vitamin E, the function is to prevent bleeding in the pregnant women, to prevent miscarriage and it is required when cells divide.
Vitamin K, the function is to form prothrombin which has an important role in blood clotting.
