Definition and Types of Written Law

There are two types of law, the written and unwritten law. What is the written law? The written law definition is a law that set forth or referred to the form of various regulations.


Types of written law are:

1. Criminal Law
The definition of criminal law is the law concerning special sanctions or punishments imposed on offenders.
There are two kinds of punishments or sanctions:
a. Principal sanction 
Principal sanctions include the Death Punishment, Imprisonment, confinement and a fine. 
b. Additional sanction
Additional sanctions include Revocation of Certain Rights, deprivation of certain goods and Announcement of Judge Verdict.

2. Criminal procedure
The definition of criminal procedure is the law that contains the procedure settlement of acts that violate the criminal law.
The content of judicial criminal law regulating:
a. Investigation process
b. Arrest process
c. Detention process 
d. Inspection process
e. Court process
f. Prosecution process
g. Sentencing process
h. Execution Process 

3. Constitutional Law
The definition of constitutional law is the overall rules of law governing the forms and composition of a state, state equipment tools, tasks of the state and the relationship of state equipment tools.

4. State Administrative Law
The definition of state administrative law is the law that governs the ways stints of state equipment tool power.

5. Civil Law

Civil laws include:

6. Commercial Law
The definition of commercial law is the law governing human behavior that do commercial activity in an attempt to get benefit. In the field of trade, regulated executant are human and corporation involved in the attachment of trade relations.
