Occupational health is a specialization in health sciences / medicine and its practice which aim to make the workers, worker community to obtain the highest degree of health physically, mentally, and socially, with the efforts of preventive and curative, against diseases / health problems caused by job and work environment factors, and common diseases.

Definition of Occupational Health Law
Occupational health law is all legal requirements relating to the maintenance / services and application of occupational health, the rights and obligations of the individual and all levels of society as the recipients of the health care and health care providers in all aspects of the organization, facilities, medical guidelines, health sciences and law and other legal sources.

The goals of occupational health law are:
1. Prevent accidents.
2. Prevent occupational disease.
3. Prevent or reduce mortality.
4. Prevent or reduce permanent disability.
5. Secure materials, construction, use, maintenance of buildings, work tools, machinery, aircraft, and installations and so on.
6. Improve labor productivity without labor squeeze and ensure productive life.
7. Prevent waste of labor, capital, equipments and other production resources at work and so on.
8. Ensure the healthy, clean, comfortable and safe labor, so that it can generate excitement and morale.
9. Facilitate, improve, and secure production, industry and construction.
