Humans are social creatures, so the social roles will be done by social interaction.
Here I will explain about Factors Underlying Social Interaction:a. Suggestion
Suggestion is a person's attitude or action that affects psychic or thoughts of others so that others will follow.
For example, a teacher who has a good attitude and action will affect and suggest their students to do the same thing done by the teacher. Vice versa, if a teacher has improper attitude and action, it may be imitated by the students. Suggestion has great influence on a person's psyche.
b. Motivation
Motivation is an emotional impulse done by one person to another that affect people's psychology so that others will do act or goal motivated.
For example, a father motivates his children to study harder when children get bad grades in the subjects.
c. Imitation
Imitation is a person's attitude or action that imitates the behavior or actions of others. Imitation in social interaction is usually done by a person to his idol by imitating the attitude, behavior, style of dress and others.
For example, a person who has an idol (artist A), he will do so as the artist who imitated. Be careful, in doing imitations; do not do the imitation in negative terms.
d. Identification
Identification is an attitude or action to be same with those who imitated.
For example, a child acts and behaves the same as his father. His father likes reading, so his child acts same attitude with him; love reading and others.
e. Sympathy
Sympathy is an attitude or feelings and actions of a person who is interested in other’s attitude or actions.
For example, love among friends because the friends behave impressive.
