Hemorrhoid Treatments include 3 management, they are modification of lifestyle, medical and surgical therapy.
1. Lifestyle Modification

2. Medical Therapy
Pharmacological therapy uses laxatives, anti-pain, anti-inflammatory drugs and topical drugs / local treatment. It can also be given pleotropic agent, for example flavonoid containing micronized diosmin and hesperidine, and hidrosmine.
3. Surgical Procedure
The surgical procedure is also beneficial for patients with hemorrhoids, especially in patients with grade 3 and grade 4 of hemorrhoids. Rubber band ligation is still the best procedure.
Hemorrhoid Grade Explanation:
Grade 1 It only occurs bump when straining.
Grade 2 It has happened prolapse during straining, but afterwards it can enter as usual.
Grade 3 It occurs prolapse during straining but re-enter to the home position after manual reduction.
Grade 4 If prolapse has happened, it cannot return to its original position.
There are 2 types of hemorrhoids:
1. Internal Hemorrhoid
It is said internal hemorrhoids since there is proximal of the dentate line, while proximal is already being outside. This classification is followed by the gradation of hemorrhoids.
2. External Hemorrhoid
It is said external hemorrhoid because there is no gradation since it has already been outside.
Hemorrhoids Causes include:
1. Venous obstruction which is associated with the habit of straining, people with constipation and hard stools.
2. Prolapse at the anus bearing caused by endocrine, constipation, age and straining habit factors.
3. Vascular related to hormonal stimulation and also people who like spicy food.
4. Pregnancy, due to the increased blood circulation in pelvic area, in addition to the damage of the anal canal during the childbirth process.
