How to make Beautiful and Proportional Calves

To maintain the shape of the calves proportional and beautiful, there are some treatments that should be done.

1. Calf Exercises 
Exercise for the calves must consider whether the calves contain more muscle or fat.
- Muscular Calves
For muscular calves, it is suggested not to use too heavy of load. The load must be appropriate to the calves. When it is too much, the calf muscles will be bigger. Conversely, if the load is less, the result will not be visible. Therefore, before doing calf exercises, it should be done EMG (electromyogram) to measure the maximum strength of the muscles of the calves.
- Fatty Calves
For calves that have much oil, it can be done by special exercises such as providing a light load but with repetition. By doing so, the muscles will not be quickly enlarged, but tightened.

2. Avoid Too Long Wearing High Heels
Wearing high heels for too long time will cause the muscles of the calves pulled above, so that the calves enlarged. Even if they have to wear high heels every day, Ceramic by taking off the  high heels when they are in front of a computer or sitting.

3. Never Stand Too Long 
Too long or too often stand can cause enlarged calves. If the job requires more standing, you should wear pantyhose that is holding fast, or called supportive stockings.

Doing massage regularly makes relax the calves muscles. Or, if the feet feel ach after a long day, raise the foot to the wall for 15 minutes when sleeping, and let your eyes closed to feel relaxed.

5. Eat Healthy Nutrition
Eating healthy nutrition will keep the calves proportionate and beautiful, such as eating low fat and high protein food.

6. Calf Skin Care
Although the shape is proportional, if the skin is dull, certainly the calves are less beautiful. Therefore, be sure to always taking care of the calves to keep them clean and shiny.

7. Special Treatment
There is a special treatment to form the calves proportionately, for example, mesotherapy, botox, and biomesosculpture and aquapuncture. This treatment is not permanent. This treatment also cannot understate the calves, because the calves are part of the fat and often used. Injecting of understating the calves intends to burn the local fat. When there is a few fat in the calves, automatically the reduction of fat is not very significant. There is only the muscle mass. Furthermore, the muscle mass will be reduced by reducing the calves activities so that it can be smaller. There should also be done specific exercises to tighten the muscles of the calves.
