d. Setting procedures for relicensure of previously licensed individuals
e. Establishing minimum standards for approval of prelicensure educational programs of nursing
f. Approval of mandatory continuing education in some jurisdictions
g. Investigation of complaints against licensees
h. Imposition of disciplinary action as authorized
i. Promulgation of rules that regulate nursing
j. Issuance of opinions and rullings on safe nursing practice
k. Overall enforcement of the provisions of the statute as promulgated in regulation.
